Terms and conditions
1. Your request will need to be collected from Southway Youth and Community Centre, Southway, Plymouth, PL6 6TB. NO DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE.
2. We are a voluntary service and all of the helpers are volunteers so please be kind.
3. Not all items are guaranteed, we rely on donations t be able to operate.
4. Clothes will be pre-loved and not brand new.
5. If you are able to make a small donation for items, this will be greatly received.
6. We offer one parcel a month and a maximum of three parcels a year.
7. No milk will be issued until baby is born due to such high demand.
8. Please do not apply for help until you are 8 months pregnant.
9. We will reply to you as soon as we can, this may not be of an evening or at a weekend.
10. We can help with clothing, baby milk if available, nappies if available and baby items such as bouncers, Moses baskets and prams, depending on stock availability.
